Evolve Talent are partnering with a well-established plumbing company seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating jobs, supporting field staff, and being a key link between customers, suppliers, and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails
  • Booking and scheduling plumbing jobs
  • Liaising with customers, plumbers, and suppliers
  • Ordering materials and coordinating concrete pours
  • Supporting daily operational workflows
  • General office administration and data entry

About You:

  • Previous experience in an office or administration role (construction or trades experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Confident using computers and office systems
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
